Canadian brokerage Oracle Insurance Risk Management Services Inc. said Thursday it secured a strategic investment from Boston-based private-equity firm Abry Partners LLC.
Founded in 2011, Concord, Ontario-based Oracle RMS places commercial, specialty and personal coverages.
Oracle RMS’ leadership team retains significant equity ownership and will continue to lead the business during its next phase of growth, the brokerage said.
