Allianz Commercial launches data-driven platform for climate risks

Allianz Commercial on Wednesday announced a data-driven platform designed to help businesses assess and manage the effects of climate risks on their assets.

The Climate Adaptation and Resilience Services platform allows companies to perform climate risk assessments to identify and prioritize own sites, new investments and supplier facilities that face high exposure to climate risk.

A dashboard assigns risk scores for 12 perils, including tropical storms, floods, hail, wildfire and extreme heat, modeling the change in risk exposure over four timelines from the present to 2080.

Tailored consultancy services are also available through the platform.
