Relation buys Aon’s retail entertainment broker

Relation Insurance Services announced Thursday it acquired Aon PLC’s retail entertainment insurance brokerage, Albert G. Ruben.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Albert G. Ruben provides specialized insurance services to major film studios, independent production companies, Broadway and multinational corporations, Chicago-based Relation said in its announcement.
Albert G. Ruben will retain its name and its existing team, including Managing Director George R. Walden and Senior Vice President John Galanis, Relation said.
