Risk Placement Services names national casualty president

Risk Placement Services, the wholesale division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., on Monday named Ania Caruso national casualty president.

Atlanta-based Ms. Caruso previously was managing director and casualty practice leader, Southeast region at Gallagher. She will report to Adam Mazan, RPS president.

Ms. Caruso was a 2024 Business Insurance Women To Watch winner.

Prior to joining Gallagher in 2021, Ms. Caruso held various leadership roles at The Plexus Groupe, CNA Insurance and Willis Towers Watson PLC. She began her career in 2001 as a risk analyst at Marsh LLC.
