Marsh McLennan Agency, the small and midsized brokerage unit of Marsh LLC, said Tuesday it has acquired Philadelphia-based brokerage Graham Co.
Terms were not disclosed.
Graham is the 63rd-largest brokerage of U.S. business with $73.5 million in 2022 brokerage revenue, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking.
All 215 Graham employees, including Ken Ewell, president and chief operating officer, and Bill Graham, chairman, will join Marsh McLennan Agency and continue to work from the company’s offices in Philadelphia and New York City, a Marsh McLennan Agency statement said.
The brokerage places commercial property/casualty, employee benefits and surety coverage, with specialty industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, health and human services, and professional services, the statement said.
