McGill names executives to Bermuda business

McGill and Partners named insurance-linked securities executive Julia Henderson as CEO of its Bermuda business.
Ms. Henderson was chief commercial officer at defunct reinsurance vehicle Vesttoo from 2022 to 2023. Before then, she held senior positions at Peak Capital Ltd. and Brit Insurance.
The previous CEO of McGill and Partners Bermuda, Peter Stubbings, is joining rival brokerage Miller Insurance LLP.
In addition, McGill named George Cantlay president of its Bermuda unit. Previously, he was a partner in the brokerage’s London treaty reinsurance team.
