USI purchases Oklahoma-based brokerage

USI Insurance Services said Monday it acquired Rogers Insurance Center, a Miami, Oklahoma-based brokerage.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1997, Rogers Insurance Center, with six employees, offers commercial and personal lines insurance programs, including coverage for tribal governments and associated businesses.

Valhalla, New York-based USI is the 11th-largest broker of U.S. business, according to the most recent Business Insurance rankings.
