Patriot Growth promotes executives

Patriot Growth Insurance Services on Thursday named Bill Donato president of retail insurance.

The Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based brokerage also named Bob Monard chief financial officer and Clara Arrington general counsel.

In addition to his new role, Mr. Donato will continue to oversee Patriot Growth’s Northeast region. He joined the brokerage through its 2021 acquisition of The Safeguard Group.

Mr. Monard previously was chief accounting officer. He joined the brokerage last year from Hylant. He succeeds John Galaviz, who was named president of Patriot Growth in April.

Ms. Arrington previously was associate general counsel. She succeeds Ian Larson, who was named president of individual health in May.
