Broker Inszone makes three acquisitions

Inszone Insurance Services, a broker headquartered in Sacramento, California, made three acquisitions this week.
Inszone on Tuesday said it has acquired Parker-Haskins Insurance of Dodge City, Kansas.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1986 by Doug Parker and Donna Haskins, Parker-Haskins is a leading crop broker in western Kansas. The team will continue serving clients from their Dodge City office.
On Wednesday, Inszone said it acquired Head Insurance of Goldthwaite, Texas.
Founded in 1919 by W.D. “Duke” Clements, the agency partnered with G.C. Head in the 1940s and the agency became known as Clements & Head.
Inszone on Thursday said it has acquired Arkansas Best Insurance Agency of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Founded in 1905, Arkansas Best was in 1995 purchased from a local bank by Michael Lipton and a partner, with Lipton serving as the primary owner for the last 15 years.
Arkansas Best will continue operating out of its Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village offices.
Inszone Insurance Services was founded in 2002.
