QBE partners with MGA on property managers E&O program

QBE North America said Monday it has teamed with Stateside Underwriting Agency, a Crystal Lake, Illinois-based unit of brokerage Johnson & Johnson Inc., to offer an errors and omissions insurance program for property managers.

The program, which is offered on an admitted basis, provides $5 million in per-claim and aggregate limits.

It is aimed at property management professionals involved in construction and property development and those offering ancillary services such as residential real estate agent or broker services, property development management, construction management and leasing services, a QBE statement said.
