Marsh McLennan Agency, a unit of Marsh LLC, said Thursday it has bought Portland, Maine-based Clark Insurance.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Clark Insurance has 135 employees and five additional offices in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The agency places commercial and personal lines insurance and employee benefits.
