Alera promotes Talicia Bashford to managing director, Midwest

Alera Group Tuesday announced it has promoted Talicia Bashford to managing director of the Midwest region, effective immediately.

She will lead the growth of Alera Group’s capabilities in the Midwest and will focus on collaboration across offices, regions and practices, Alera said in a statement.

Ms. Bashford joined Alera Group in 2024 as Mid-Atlantic property/casualty practice leader. Prior to joining Alera Group, she was president of AssuredPartners Inc. of Chicago after serving as its chief operating officer, Illinois platform.
