MGA launches cover for commercial habitational properties

Millennial Specialty Insurance LLC, a managing general agent that does business as MSI, Thursday launched its commercial general liability insurance designed specifically for habitational properties.

The policy offers general liability coverage to owners of various types of residential dwellings, including eligible apartments, condominiums and townhomes.

Available limits are $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, according to an email from a spokesperson.

The policy also offers hired and nonowned auto coverage with $500,000 to $1 million options; up to $1 million where available for assault and battery, including sexual misconduct; and employee benefits liability, $1 million, available upon request.

Deductibles from $1,000 to $25,000 “will be sufficient in most cases,” according to product literature.
