NFP, an Aon company, announced Tuesday it appointed Tom Gillingham president of its commercial risk division, which includes commercial property and casualty, programs and wholesale business.
Mr. Gillingham, who is based in Seattle, will report to Ed O’Malley, executive vice president and head of insurance brokerage and consulting.
Mr. Gillingham was previously managing director and president of the brokerage’s specialty MGA and MGU programs. He joined NFP in 2017 through its acquisition of EverGuard Insurance Services.
John Mahoney was appointed head of programs at Totalis Program Underwriters, its specialty managing general agency and managing general underwriter, NFP said.
Mr. Mahoney was previously senior vice president of operations for Totalis. He also joined NFP in 2017 through the EverGuard acquisition.
