MSIG USA said Tuesday it named former Ryan Financial Lines executive Ryan Kratz head of cyber, North America.
Mr. Kratz will lead MSIG USA’s cyber practice across underwriting, product innovation and risk management.
He will be based in New York and report to Siobhan O’Brien, global head of cyber for MSIG USA.
Mr. Kratz was most recently U.S. practice lead, cyber and technology at Ryan Financial Lines, a managing general underwriting unit of Ryan Specialty.
“Cyber is one of the most important and fast-growing risk areas for our clients,” Peter McKenna, CEO of MSIG USA, said in a release announcing the appointment.
