McGriff Insurance Services Inc. on Thursday said that former Acrisure LLC executive Doug Hodo will rejoin the firm on Monday as chief strategic growth officer, a newly created position.
Mr. Hodo will be responsible for business development, producer recruitment office expansion and growth through mergers and acquisitions as well as client relationship development, retention and acquisition. He will report to Read Davis, CEO of McGriff Specialty and Middle Market.
Mr. Hodo rejoins McGriff from Acrisure, where he headed a new division focused on large businesses.
He previously served more than 25 years at McGriff, most recently as president of the West Region, a statement said.
