Wholesale brokerage names CEO of unit

Accretive Insurance Solutions, the wholesale and program unit of AssuredPartners LLC, named John Stephens, formerly president of the unit, as CEO.
The announcement follows the appointment of former Accretive CEO Sean Smith as president of Orlando, Florida-based AssuredPartners.
Newport Beach, California-based Mr. Stephens previously was a senior executive at Keenan & Associates, which AssuredPartners bought in 2017.
His experience includes building large public agency workers compensation and property/casualty pools, an Accretive statement said.
