RIMS announces retirement of CFO Kathy Gledhill, names successor

The Risk and Insurance Management Society Inc. on Tuesday announced the retirement of Chief Financial Officer Kathy Gledhill, effective Dec. 31, 2024.
Ms. Gledhill will be succeeded by Bereket Haile, RIMS controller, who will be promoted to the CFO position, RIMS said in a statement.
Ms. Gledhill joined RIMS in 2019. She will continue to work on for-profit and nonprofit boards, coaching, consulting, as an interim CFO and advising early-stage companies.
Mr. Haile joined RIMS in 2023 as the organization’s controller. Prior to that, he was the controller for the Financial Planning Association from 2021 to 2023, the statement said.
He will report to RIMS CEO Gary LaBranche.
