RT Specialty promotes Mullins to binding authorities leader

RT Specialty, the wholesale unit of Ryan Specialty Holding Inc., promoted Tom Mullins to president-Chicago binding authorities.

Previously, Mr. Mullins, who joined RT Specialty in 2013, was executive vice president of the division.

Mr. Mullins was a 2024 Business Insurance Break Out Award winner.
