Clyde & Co. announces merger with Dallas firm

Clyde & Co. LLP announced Monday that Dallas-based insurance coverage firm Tillman Batchelor LLP merged with its Dallas office.

Firm partners Mark Tillman and Colin Batchelor, as well as the six attorneys at Tillman Batchelor, will join Clyde & Co.’s office, the firm said.

U.K.-based Clyde & Co. opened its first U.S. office in New York in 2006, and now has 19 offices with 400 lawyers, including 90 partners, across the U.S. and Canada.
