Swiss Re Ltd. announced that Pranav Pasricha will succeed Eric Schuh as global head property/casualty solutions of the company’s global reinsurance business unit, effective Aug. 3.
Mr. Pranav, who has been CEO of insurtech Intellect SEEC for the last six years, will report to Jason Richards, head of casualty underwriting reinsurance, and become a member of the casualty leadership team. Mr. Pranav will be based in Armonk, New York.
Mr. Schuh will be leaving Swiss Re towards the end of 2020 to “pursue a new exciting challenge,” the reinsurer said in a statement.
