Tokio Marine specialty unit details executive appointments

Tokio Marine HCC  Specialty Group, a member of the Tokio Marine HCC group of companies based in Houston, Wednesday promoted Danielle Bouchard to senior vice president.

She succeeds Bert Van Wagenen, who retired.

Ms. Bouchard will lead the unit’s Mount Kisco, New York, office and oversee Crisis Management Americas, Tokio Marine said in a statement.

Mark Hutton, recently appointed chief underwriting officer for Crisis Management, will oversee the international Crisis Management operation, along with his product recall team based in London, the statement said. He previously served as global head of product recall for Axa XL.
