AIG names Chicago region managing director

American International Group Inc. said Thursday it has promoted Debra Maxwell to managing director, Chicago region, U.S. Midwest zone.

Ms. Maxwell previously was major accounts distribution leader at AIG.

Amanda Ruback, who previously held the role of managing director, Chicago region, at AIG, left the company earlier this year to lead NFP Corp.’s property/casualty business in the Central region.
