Acrisure continues reorganization with Northwest region

Acrisure LLC said Monday it has formed a Northwest region, continuing the brokerage’s reorganization that began last year.

The Northwest region will be headed by Jim Hunt, an Acrisure managing partner, and will encompass Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

The Grand Rapids, Michigan-based brokerage, which has purchased hundreds of smaller agencies over the past decade, announced last year that it would stamp all its operations with the Acrisure name. Previously, it allowed acquired companies to continue operating under their existing names.

So far, it has announced the formation of seven regions rebranded as Acrisure, including last week’s launch of its Mid-Atlantic region.
