XPT hires team from Ryan Specialty

XPT Partners LLC said Thursday it has hired a Philadelphia-based team from rival RT Specialty, a unit of Ryan Specialty Holding Inc.

The team is led by Gregg Guerreiro, who was an associate vice president at RT Specialty and was named executive vice president and regional leader by New York-based XPT.

Other members of the team are Kayte Haney, who was named assistant vice president and underwriting manager; Alex Walbrandt, who was named assistant vice president and underwriter; and Jon Gindhart, Michael Haney and Amanda Wagner, who were named underwriters.

The team’s expertise includes the small brokerage sector, XPT said in a statement.

XPT was founded in 2017 and is headed by industry veteran Tom Ruggieri.
