Marsh adds former AIG energy leader

Marsh LLC on Thursday named Susan Gonzales, a former energy leader at American International Group Inc., as Houston energy hub and office leader.

She will head up a team of more than 70 energy specialists, and reports to Rupert Mackenzie, head of energy and power, Marsh Specialty-Americas. Ms. Gonzalez succeeds Greg Larson as office leader.

Ms. Gonzales, who was a 2020 Business Insurance Women to Watch winner, previously was U.S. head of energy casualty at AIG. Prior to that, she was an account executive at Lockton Cos. LLC.

Mr. Larson was named South Central sales leader for Marsh.
