Acrisure rolls out Southeast region as reorganization continues

Acrisure LLC Monday launched its Southeast region as part of the brokerage’s ongoing reorganization of its operations.

The Southeast is Acrisure’s biggest region by revenue and encompasses Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, Acrisure said in a statement.

David Hoover, an Acrisure managing partner, will head the region.

Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Acrisure, which has purchased hundreds of smaller agencies over the past decade, announced last year that it would stamp all its operations with the Acrisure name. Previously, it allowed acquired companies to continue operating under their existing names.

So far, it has announced the formation of eight regions rebranded as Acrisure, including last month’s launch of the Northwest region.
