Aon buys fleet risk management technology

Aon PLC Thursday said it has acquired the technology assets and intellectual property of London-based digital managing general agent Humn.ai. Ltd.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Humn.ai’s platform uses driver and other data to help inform motor fleet risk management and commercial auto insurance operations.
