Aon recruits two property leaders from McGill

Aon PLC Tuesday announced it has hired Nancy Woode and Erinn Pearson from McGill and Partners as managing directors on its property risk brokerage team.

Atlanta-based Ms. Woode was previously a partner and head of U.S. property for McGill, specializing in large property placements. She joined McGill from Willis Towers Watson PLC in 2021.

Ms. Pearson, who is also based in Atlanta and joined McGill from WTW in 2021, was a partner on the broker’s complex property and casualty team. She specializes in large clients with heavy natural catastrophe exposures.

Both executives will report to Rick Miller, U.S. property leader for Aon’s commercial risk solutions division.
