Risk Strategies buys New York retail agency

RSC Insurance Brokerage Inc., which does business as Risk Strategies Co., said Monday it has acquired Robert Alan Agency, a New City, New York-based retail insurance agency.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Robert Alan Agency provides commercial coverage including business owner’s packages and commercial auto, in addition to life and health and personal lines coverage.

Established in 1980 by Bob Carlucci, the agency has offices in Cornwall, Liberty, Montgomery, and Salt Point, New York, in addition to its New City headquarters.
