Venbrook names Brenda Sherman executive VP

Private-equity-owned brokerage and program manager Venbrook Group LLC Wednesday named Brenda Sherman executive vice president of business development and strategic alliances.

Previously, she was chief underwriting and innovation officer for Cardigan General Insurance Services, a unit of Los Angeles-based Venbrook.

Prior to joining Venbrook in 2015, she worked at various insurers and brokers, including Tokio Marine, Willis Towers Watson PLC and American International Group Inc.
