Hylant buys Georgia brokerage

Hylant Group Inc. said Wednesday it has acquired Alpharetta, Georgia-based brokerage Aegis Insurance Services Inc., which specializes in coverage for the moving and storage industry.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Aegis has 18 employees, all of whom have joined Hylant, and will continue to operate as Aegis Insurance Services.
