AF Group hires chief underwriting officer from Allstate

AF Group on Thursday announced that former Allstate Insurance executive Andrea Burns will serve as chief underwriting officer, replacing Kelly Fusner, who was named president of specialty lines for the insurer in January.

Ms. Burns has held executive roles at several major insurers, most recently serving as director and head of commercial property and liability product line management for Allstate.

Previously, she was regional product director for Encompass Insurance and vice president of sales and distribution for Zurich North America.
