Gallagher acquires UK consultancy

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said Monday it has acquired London-based consultancy Another Day Ltd.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

AnotherDay is a specialist risk management and crisis response services group founded in 2016, and it has worked with Gallagher since then, the broker said in a statement.

Chief Operating Officer Jake Hernandez will continue to run the business, which will operate under Gallagher’s London-based specialty operations.

The consultancy has approximately 20 employees according to an email from a Gallagher spokeswoman.
