Coalition hires CFO from Broadridge, general counsel from Berkley

Insurtech Coalition Inc., a managing general agent specializing in cyber risk, on Monday named former fintech executive Jim Young as chief financial officer and John Littzi, from W.R. Berkley Corp., as general counsel.

Mr. Young, based in Greenwich, Connecticut, previously served as CFO at Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc.

Mr. Littzi, based in New York, previously served as deputy general counsel at W.R. Berkley Corp.

Both are newly created roles.

Coalition in July raised an additional $250 million in capital, increasing its total valuation to $5 billion.
