Corvus promotes Tadikonda to CEO, Edmundson moves to executive chair

Corvus Insurance Holding Ltd. on Wednesday named Madhu Tadikona as CEO succeeding Phil Edmundson, who will become executive chair and chair of the board of the Boston-based cyber managing general underwriter.

Mr. Tadikona, who joined Corvus as president last year, founded San Francisco-based Archipelago Analytics Holdings Inc. and prior to that was group chief underwriting officer at American International Group Inc.

Mr. Edmundson, who founded Corvus in 2017, will focus on growing the MGU’s business, including its international expansion, a Corvus statement said. The company, which has 300 employees, has operations in the United Kingdom and Germany and plans further international expansion next year, the statement said.
