Aon appoints Mandy Phan as Head of Production, Treaty for Asia, Reinsurance

Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, the reinsurance division of global broker Aon, has appointed Mandy Phan as Head of Production, Treaty for Asia.

In her new role, Phan will lead treaty business development across Asia, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia. She will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering innovative reinsurance solutions to help clients make better decisions to protect and grow their businesses.

Based in Singapore, Phan will report to Musa Adlan, Managing Director of Asia and Head of Southeast Asia, Reinsurance.

She brings more than 18 years of experience spanning the reinsurance and legal sectors, with a strong focus on Asian markets.

Phan joins Aon from Miller Insurance Services LLP, where she served as Senior Treaty Broker, APAC.

Prior to that, she held senior roles at Guy Carpenter as Senior Vice President and at Hannover Re as Regional Country Manager.
