Sherbahn to lead Amiga Specialty’s new Hong Kong operations as MD of Financial Lines, APAC

Amiga Specialty, the recently launched specialty managing general agent (MGA) has announced its expansion into the Asia Pacific market with the launch of a new Hong Kong operation, which is to be led by Ralph Sherbahn as Managing Director of Financial Lines, Asia Pacific.

Sherbahn is set to drive the build-out of Amiga’s Financial Lines offering across the Asia Pacific region, including products such as cyber, crime, D&O, professional liability, and transaction-related cover.

With over 22 years of underwriting leadership and international market expertise, Sherbahn has a strong track record of launching and scaling financial lines offerings across Asia and Europe.

He is recognised for building successful underwriting teams and transforming underperforming portfolios, with a focus on innovative solutions for cyber, IPO, and digital asset risks.
