CAC Group names John Ludwig as President & Chief Growth Officer

CAC Group, a national insurance broker and advisor comprised of CAC Specialty and CAC Agency, has appointed John Ludwig to the newly created role of President & Chief Growth Officer.

The appointment underscores CAC’s continued investment in market expansion, talent development, and client-first innovation, driving sustained growth.

In his new role, Ludwig will oversee CAC’s sales and strategy functions, with a focus on aligning go-to-market initiatives, driving revenue gains, and scaling operations.

He will also expand CAC’s footprint in key markets and specialties, and help ensure the broker’s differentiated value proposition continues to translate into measurable impact for clients and sustainable growth for the firm.

Ludwig brings three decades of experience leading high-growth, entrepreneurial insurance brokerage organisations with a track record of building scalable sales platforms, integrating acquired teams, and supporting enterprise transformation.
