Oceanview Re names Timothy Gasaatura as President & CEO

Oceanview Reinsurance Ltd. (Oceanview Re), a subsidiary of Oceanview Holdings Ltd., has announced the appointment of Timothy Gasaatura as President and CEO.

Gasaatura succeeds Stelian Dragan, who has chosen to relocate to the US after serving as President and CEO of Oceanview Re for the past three years.

Since June 2024, Gasaatura has served as Chief Actuary of Oceanview Secure Reinsurance Ltd., and before that was Chief Actuary of Oceanview Re.

Prior to joining Oceanview Re, he was Chief Risk Officer for Institutional Markets and Life & Retirement Strategy at Corebridge Financial/AIG. He has also held senior roles at Langhorne Re, Transamerica, Deloitte Consulting, ACE Group, and The Hartford.
