ACORD Solutions Group reports dramatic growth in reinsurance digital transactions via ADEPT platform

ACORD Solutions Group, a provider of digital solutions for the insurance sector, has reported a notable increase in reinsurance transactions processed through its ADEPT platform.

Transactions rose 73% from 2024 to 2025, representing more than a 300% increase since 2023. ADEPT (ACORD Data Exchange Platform and Translator) allows for the exchange of placing, accounting, and claims data across the insurance ecosystem, regardless of a participant’s level of digital adoption.

The platform operates in line with ACORD Global Reinsurance & Large Commercial (GRLC) Standards, enabling re/insurance organisations to exchange messages digitally while reducing the need for manual work.

According to the ACORD GRLC Standards community, ADEPT usage has coincided with improvements in operational metrics, including an 80% increase in data quality, a 60% reduction in manual effort, and a 50% shorter turnaround time for processing claim transactions.

These figures highlight the ongoing shift toward digital workflows in the reinsurance sector and the growing role of standardised messaging in streamlining operations.
