Josh Carson named Dallas Business Leader for Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions

Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, the reinsurance division of global broker Aon, has announced the appointment of Josh Carson as Dallas Business Leader.

In his new role, Carson will collaborate across all client segments, supporting Aon’s unified U.S. strategy to deliver the best of Aon to every client, everywhere, as part of the firm’s 3×3 Plan.

He brings 20 years of reinsurance industry experience, with deep expertise in serving clients across the southwest and in program business.

Carson joins Aon after nearly four years at Gallagher Re, where he served as Executive Vice President (EVP), Dallas Branch Manager.

Prior to that, he was EVP at WTW, focusing on Property & Casualty Treaty Reinsurance Broking at Willis Re, and previously held the role of Assistant Vice President at Guy Carpenter.
