MNK International continues global expansion with new Türkiye acquisition

MNK International, an independent Lloyd’s broker, has expanded its global presence with a new broker acquisition in Türkiye.

With operations headquartered in Istanbul, MNK International Türkiye will focus on insurance and reinsurance solutions across a range of complex and specialty risks, offering tailored solutions across all business lines including property, engineering, financial lines, and aviation.

As a new entity within the London-headquartered MNK Group, MNK International Türkiye will leverage the group’s extensive internal resources, including the global network of MGA’s and other risk entities.

Such access will enable MNK International Türkiye to deliver dynamic and innovative solutions from multiple jurisdictions.

The business will be led by Erhan Ergüneş, who brings 20 years of industry experience to the role. This includes senior positions at leading insurers such as Allianz, Generali, Helvetia, and Chubb.

As CEO, he will lead the development of innovative products across various business lines, and leverage MNK’s global network to address complex and emerging risks.
