Hub buys California agency serving Korean American community

Hub International Ltd. said Monday it has acquired Chun-Ha Insurance Services Inc., a Garden Grove, California-based commercial, personal lines, and employee benefits agency that serves the Korean American community.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Ki Hong Park, CEO and president of Chun-Ha, and the agency’s staff will join Hub Los Angeles Orange County, Chicago-based Hub said in a statement. Chun-Ha has about 50 employees, according to its website.
