Aon launches AI-enabled platform Claims Copilot

Insurance and reinsurance broking firm Aon has launched Claims Copilot, an artificial intelligence-enabled single, integrated platform to enhance client outcomes, bringing together expert advocacy and advanced technology.

Aon Claims Copilot reflects the broker’s commitment to delivering excellent claims services to clients, as the new platform supports every stage of the claim’s lifecycle – from advocacy and negotiation to analytics and resolution.

Additionally, the AI-driven capabilities aim to enable global consistency, data-led performance evaluation, and tailored insight to support every client’s risk and capital strategy.

Aon has confirmed that the platform will debut in Germany in November 2025, followed by an accelerated deployment phase across the rest of the world throughout 2026 and 2027.

This platform aims to equip clients with access to claims analytics, while colleagues benefit from advanced digital tools to deliver faster, more effective claims outcomes.

The platform will enhance Aon’s 1,800 team of claims professionals – operating in over 50 countries to deliver proactive advocacy and technical expertise across 20-plus product lines.

It consists of real-time dashboards and analytics that provide visibility into claims trends, portfolio performance, and carrier responsiveness. Additionally, it enables data-driven feedback on claim closure efficiency and outcomes.

Further, Aon explains that it enables greater client transparency, as they can securely track claim progress and status through a dedicated portal, which automates claim intake and documentation to improve speed and accuracy.
