Chubb unveils new AI-powered embedded insurance optimisation engine

Chubb has unveiled a new AI-powered optimisation engine within Chubb Studio, its global technology platform for embedded insurance distribution.
Unveiled at the Singapore Fintech Festival, the optimisation engine is designed to help Chubb’s partners boost engagement, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive measurable growth by better aligning protection solutions with customer needs.
Chubb explained, “Consumers gain access to simple, highly curated insurance options offered from the platforms and apps that they trust and within everyday digital experiences, providing peace of mind when it matters most.
“The new capability uses proprietary AI to analyse data and deliver personalised insurance offerings at the point of sale, making it one of the first solutions of its kind available to digital distribution partners in the insurance industry.”
Key features of Chubb Studio’s AI optimisation engine are said to include personalised recommendations that use AI-driven insights to match products and engagement channels to customer personas; click-to-engage technology enabling instant connection with trusted advisors via phone, video or text; flexible integration models offering Chubb-managed, partner-managed or hybrid options; and real-time data analytics that continuously refine marketing campaigns through performance feedback.
