BMS buys Australian retail brokerage

London-based insurance broker BMS Group Ltd. said Thursday it has acquired Australian retail brokerage SRG Group Pty Ltd.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2005 and based in Perth, Western Australia, SRG has 32 employees, all of whom are joining BMS.

This is the seventh acquisition by BMS in the past two years and accelerates the expansion of its international network, CEO Nick Cook said in a statement.
