Argo names new CEO as Rehnberg steps down for health reasons

Argo Group International Holdings Ltd. on Thursday named Thomas A. Bradley as CEO, replacing Kevin J. Rehnberg, who had been on leave for health reasons since March.
Mr. Bradley, who has been chairman of Bermuda-based Argo since 2020, was named interim CEO when Mr. Rehnberg went on leave. Prior to joining Argo, he held executive positions at various insurers, including Allied World Assurance Co. Ltd. and Zurich Insurance Group Ltd.
“We would like to sincerely thank Kevin for his service to Argo, congratulate him on a very accomplished career, and wish him the best in the future,” Mr. Bradley said in a statement.
Mr. Rehnberg, who joined Argo in 2013, was named CEO in 2020, following the departure of Mark Watson, who stepped down amid a probe into executive pay.
