Gallagher Re appoints Lisa Duncan as SVP, NA Program Solutions

Global reinsurance broker Gallagher Re has announced the appointment of Lisa Duncan as Senior Vice President (SVP), NA Program Solutions.

Duncan brings more than 16 years of re/insurance experience to her new role.

She joins Gallagher Re from BMS Re’s P&C team, where she served as Senior Vice President, BMS Re US. During her tenure, she focused on hybrid facultative and treaty property solutions to bridge program gaps for MGAs looking to streamline portfolio exposures.

Prior to that, she was Director, Reinsurance Solutions at Aon. She also served as Executive Vice President, Property at Risk Placement Services.

Earlier in her career, Duncan held various roles at Marsh, Integro Insurance Brokers, and Burberry.
