Aon promotes Rieth to Global Cyber Leader, Commercial Risk Solutions

Aon has announced the promotion of Brent Rieth to the role of Global Cyber Leader within Commercial Risk Solutions.

Rieth, currently head of Cyber Solutions, North America, will now lead Aon’s global cyber strategy, overseeing growth, innovation, and operational performance across all regions.

Based in Chicago, Reith will reportedly retain direct responsibility for North America while expanding his leadership to include collaborative oversight across EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

Aon explained that he will be responsible for advancing the firm’s cyber capabilities worldwide, including the continued development of proprietary platforms such as CyQu and the Cyber Risk Analyzer.

Rieth, who holds more than 15 years of experience in cyber and E&O risk, will also chair Aon’s Global Cyber Executive Leadership Team, reporting to Christian Hoffman, global specialty and financial products leader.
